  • Do you have any offline store?

Yes, we have offline store in Yogyakarta-Indonesia, at Jalan Demangan Baru 6. The map simply can be found on ‘Offline Store’ at our Home page menu.

  • Are your items ready stock?

Yes, all items are ready stock, except stated otherwise in the description.

  • I haven’t got my order, it has been late for couple days. Where is my order?

Kindly contact us at our CS* (please see below for details) or contact our website CS directly by clicking the chat widget on the bottom right corner at our website. There might be possibilities of delay caused by the shipping courier, but we will try to help you as much as we can. Note that if your order is sent during public holiday, there may be some delays. 

  • I have received my package. Unfortunately, there is some defect in the product. What should I do?

We apologize for our mistake, and please kindly contact us at our CS* (please see below for details) or contact our website CS directly by clicking the chat widget on the bottom right corner at our website. Our CS will give you instructions to return it to us.
 Shipping fees to return the goods to us and shipping fees to return it back to you both will be paid by us. Unless you exchange the product because of some reasons, e.g. the clothes don’t fit you well, you don’t like the materials. You may return the goods but the shipping fees to return them to us and shipping fee to return back to you will be paid by you.

  • Can I exchange or return sale item(s)?

No you can't, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable, except if there is any defect in our item.

  • Will the sold out items be back in stock?

Some of our items may be back in stock. You can click the ‘Notify Me’ link to get the latest updates of the product you want to be back in stock. 

  • Can I do the payment using credit card? 

Currently we accept bank transfer only. But we’re working on it. We will notify you if available. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship overseas. Please contact our CS for more information.

  • I made an order but I forgot to check out and the items that I want are out of stock. Can I order those items again? 

If you haven’t checked out, your order has not saved in our system, so you can’t order those items again unless it’s back in stock.

  • How can I track my order?

You can sign in into your account, and check the order history. We also give you a tracking URL of your order to your e-mail.
